28 years inside the room where this work actually happens.
Senior fractional advisor in organizational effectiveness. CPLP. A decade inside a Fortune Global 500, five years of it as Senior Director of Performance and OE. Now working with mid-market companies, 200 to 1,000 employees, redesigning the work for the AI era.
Builder and student. I have never stood still in one thing.
I trust what works on a real Monday morning more than what looks good on paper.
When something stops working, I move. I do not grind it out to keep the peace.
WHAT I DO
I turn an AI strategy you have already set into a workforce that can run it.
I am not an AI consultant and I am not a coach. The AI strategy is yours. My work is the part everyone skips: redesigning the actual work so the strategy lands. New roles, new evaluation, upskilling, and training. It is organizational effectiveness, applied at the moment AI is exposing every place the work was never designed well in the first place.

I came up through instructional technology and learning, moved into performance and organizational effectiveness, and ran it at Fortune Global 500 scale. Earlier I delivered Fortune 500 client work across pharma, healthcare, professional services, technology, energy, manufacturing, and media.
THE PERSONAL STORY
I built this because of a gap I kept noticing in myself.
For years I had a quiet, nagging thought. I am capable. I am competent. I have the years, the credentials, the scars from doing this work at scale. And almost nobody outside my own building knew any of it. That gap is the thing I have decided to close, by doing the work in public and being precise about what it is.
I have watched organizations dabble with AI without a plan for the people side. The pattern is always the same. The tools change, the work does not, and the managers who were already stretched get handed something new to fail at. I spent ten years on the inside being the person accountable for fixing it.
I am, by temperament, optimistic. I still believe organizations can change, that people can be repositioned rather than discarded, and that stuckness can be turned into movement. That belief is the whole reason this practice exists.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
I ran it. I did not just advise on it.
Most independent advisors in this space consult on a system they have never had to operate. I operated organizational effectiveness at Fortune 500 scale for a decade. You can hear the difference in the first ten minutes. It is not theoretical.
I hold both rooms.
Most people-side advisors are intimidated by the technology. Most technology-side consultants are tone-deaf to the people. I sit between them, which is exactly where AI adoption keeps falling through.
I name the hard thing, then tell you what helps.
I will say what your senior team has not yet said to each other. Directly, without theatre, and always followed by the move that comes next.
Alignment is not a luxury. It is a business advantage.
